At Versa Yoga, we believe you should have the opportunity to experience the difference our mat can make in your practice. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return your Versa Yoga Mat within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided the mat is in clean, gently used condition and free from excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The mat must be clean and free from excessive dirt, odors, pet hair, stains, or damage.
- The mat must include all original components and accessories received with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Mats that have been damaged through improper use, storage, or modification
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at versayoga1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
If your mat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
